- looking forward to being a"big sister" (we are expecting a boy April26!)
- goes to preschool 5 days a week now
- puts complicated sentances together like "great job making dinner daddy"
- mostly potty trained (woohoo!) - still wears pull-ups at night tho
- recites the entire alphabet including the "next time wont you sing w/me part"
- counts to 10 (but often skips 4 and 5 - who needs 4 and 5 anyway)
- loves watching any disney movie as long as there is a princess in it
Oct 2003
- cant get her to shut-up or sit-down anymore :)
- recognizes about 10 letters of the alphabet
- loves to draw and paint with crayons and markers and chalk
- sings the alphabet song and twinkle-twinkle little star (sorta)
- wants to watch "purple football" (vikings) all the time
- loves playing ring-around-the-rosey with mommy and daddy
- cannot stop talking about monkeys and dolphins
July 2003
- had a blast at her 2yr old finger-painting birthday bash
- speaking in small sentances now
- refers to herself in the 3rd person ("that's Bethany's couch!")
- moved into her very own room (with purple walls of course)
- points out the letter B whenever she sees is ("that's a B Bethany!")
- wants to play with play-dough every day
- loves going to the zoo
- saw her first movie in the theater - "finding nemo"
Dec 2002
- runs all over the house
- learns a new word every day
- learning to jump
- answers yes and no questions
- pushes her stroller
- feeds her stuffed animals and puts them to bed at night
